No-bake Super Simple Ranch Dilly Pretzels
What to do when we need a gift for the hard-to-buy-for? Or our kid announces that we are on snack tonight? 4 ingredients + 5 minutes and you are good to go.
These pretzels are so simple to make, that I didn’t need to look up the recipe. Actually, I had to go make them, to measure the amount of pretzels I use. I love inexact recipes. The ones you have the ingredients on hand (on purpose) and can make in five minutes. This is one of them.

No-Bake Super Simple Ranch Dilly Pretzels
20 cups UNSALTED pretzel twists (trust me, regular pretzels make it icky-salty)
1/4 cup vegetable oil like canola
1, 28g pkg dry ranch dressing and dip mix
1 Tbsp dried dill weed
Dump pretzels into a really large mixing bowl.
Measure oil in a 1-cup glass measure. Add dip mix and dill weed. Stir with a mini whisk or fork until combined.
Drizzle the oil mixture over the pretzels. Stir immediately until pretzels are coated.
Store in a container with a tight-fitting lid or sealed in a zipper-lock bag. Waiting 24 hours will allow the flavors to soak in but we sometimes can’t wait that long.
We are all feeling the crunch of Christmas prep right now.
Oh. I just realized we are at the countdown of the 12 days to Christmas.

When I want to bring something healthy but impressive to a party I’ll make little skewers with grape tomatoes, fresh basil, mozzarella cubes or little fresh mozzarella balls, and bell pepper chunks. You can either marinate the skewers in an Italian dressing before serving or serve alongside a balsamic reduction for drizzling. A fresh and pretty option on the appetizer buffet table.
Those look great! But I cannot do that ranch dip mix or anything else similar anymore. I must be allergic to something in them. I would have to find my own spices to add. Individual spices from jars (single whole ingredient) don’t bother me.
